I'm Maria Kyriakos, Your Executive Career & Leadership Coach!

I have a successful track record of developing and coaching leadership potential and effective career management practices in dynamic, high change Fortune 50 companies domestically and globally.

I strategically led development and implementation of HR programs and global leadership initiatives to enable top quartile business results. I incorporate this expertise into my services.

Working with me leaders learn to use their individuality as a leadership differentiator and career accelerator. I use my proprietary Three-Pillar Approach (now captured in my new book Work it! How to Rock Your Career Intentionally) to help leaders Career Intentionally™, while customizing the coaching program to the needs of each client.
