I'm Maria Kyriakos, your Executive Coach!
I have a successful track record of developing and coaching leadership potential and effective career management practices in dynamic, high change Fortune 50 companies domestically and globally.
I successfully led development and implementation of HR programs and global leadership initiatives to enable top quartile business results. I incorporate this expertise into my services.
I'm a business leader, who held Executive Human Resources positions in global Technology and Health Services companies, prior to launching her Executive Coaching practice in 2013.
Working with me leaders learn to use their individuality as a leadership differentiator and career accelerator. I use my 3 Pillar approach to help leaders Career Intentionally™, while customizing the coaching program to the needs of each client.
I work with mid-career professionals who are Physician Leaders, Sr. Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Sr. Vice Presidents and CEO's.
Credentials: I have the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation. I hold several certifications, Certified Executive & Leadership Development Coach, Certified Career Management Coach, Accredited Coach for the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory (SII). I use a variety of assessments and tools, inclusive of the StrengthsFinder to support my clients needs. I have a BA from the University of Washington and MA from Seattle University .

Together we develop and implement a customized approach that will boost their confidence, as well as their professional impact.
