I coach and mentor you to become intentional about your career, transitioning from a job search mentality to strong career management practices you can adopt, adapt and consistently utilize. As a business leader who was a Human Resources Executive, I know that building on your individuality and working from your strengths, combined with self-awareness, confidence and influential communication is a leadership differentiator and career accelerator within any business culture.

My 25+ years of coaching and mentoring professionals domestically and globally, across a broad range of career and leadership challenges, resulted in my developing a proprietary 3 Pillar approach that enables you to Career Intentionally™, while becoming a leader in your career. The tools and techniques I employ propel my client’s success. 

I work within a program structure so that my clients have a container that supports their accountability, focus and progress. This ensures we incorporate exposure to all 3 Pillars of my intentionally directed career approach. I observed that clients had a tendency to under invest in themselves which potentially results in goals not being achieved.

I’m committed to clients achieving the goals they set out to accomplish. The program format allows them to learn to “fish” using sustainable tools and approaches, rather than having me give them the “canned” resume, bio or search strategy. You learn skills that benefit you throughout your career.  

 They are an accelerated, intensive experience of targeted virtual or in-person mentor-coaching, self-reflection and learning, with between session assignments to take action and practice skills, and in-session practice opportunities to interview, deliver your networking speech, hone your communication delivery style, reflect on alternate approaches to complex leadership challenges. The sessions are structured to meet your goals and tailored for your needs through our co-creative partnership. 

The shortest program is 12 sessions over a 3 to 6 month timeframe. You can expect to spend 2 hours per week in a combination of coaching sessions, assignments and practical skill application.

You learn practices that you can use as a leader and throughout your career. You synthesize your career story, delivering it with ease and confidence, reclaim your professional direction and clarity, and learn to advocate influentially for yourself, while developing your leadership potential. This foundation accelerates your ability to strategically manage your career and influence results. 

 Once you’ve participated in a program, you join my alumni community! You will continue to receive my monthly client connect, which shares useful leadership or career tips, tools or concepts. You’ll receive early release notification of new programs or leadership forums. You can decide to transition to a monthly maintenance program. You may also schedule individual sessions at your hourly program rate. 

Yes. Clients find that designing their career direction and developing their leadership potential is a process, a journey that takes time. Many clients continue further because it supports their consistency, confidence and progress.
