I work within a program structure so that my clients have a container that supports their accountability, focus and progress. This ensures we incorporate exposure to all 3 Pillars of my intentionally directed career approach. I observed that clients had a tendency to under invest in themselves which potentially results in goals not being achieved.

They are an accelerated, intensive experience of targeted virtual or in-person mentor-coaching, self-reflection and learning, with between session assignments to take action and practice skills, and in-session practice opportunities to interview, deliver your networking speech, hone your communication delivery style, reflect on alternate approaches to complex leadership challenges. The sessions are structured to meet your goals and tailored for your needs through our co-creative partnership.
The shortest program is 12 sessions over a 3 to 6 month timeframe. You can expect to spend 2 hours per week in a combination of coaching sessions, assignments and practical skill application.his item.

Once you’ve participated in a program, you join my alumni community! You will continue to receive my monthly client connect, which shares useful leadership or career tips, tools or concepts. You’ll receive early release notification of new programs or leadership forums. You can decide to transition to a monthly maintenance program. You may also schedule individual sessions at your hourly program rate.
