I have a successful track record of developing and coaching leadership potential and effective career management practices in dynamic, high change Fortune 50 companies domestically and globally.
I successfully led the development and implementation of HR programs and global leadership initiatives to enable top quartile business results. I incorporate this expertise into my services.
I'm a business leader, who held Executive Human Resources positions in global Technology and Health Services companies, prior to launching my Executive Coaching practice in 2013.
Working with me leaders learn to use their individuality as a leadership differentiator and career accelerator. I use my 3 Pillar approach to help leaders Career Intentionally™, while customizing the coaching program to the needs of each client.
At Leader Assist I work with mid-career professionals who are Physician Leaders, Sr. Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Sr. Vice Presidents and CEO's.
